The Center has 108,245 square feet of exhibit space which can be divided into two separate hall and a 19,290 square foot ballroom. There are two 529 sq. ft. meeting rooms and two 511 sq. ft. room which can be combined to make one room of 1,022 sq. ft.

1,571 parking spaces are adjacent to the facility including surface lots and a parking deck.

A loading dock includes: Ten berths, multiple entries for trucks to drive onto Exhibit Hall floor, and a 1.89 paved parking area for trucks, trailers, equipment, etc.
